In SAP HANA Studio, there is no direct version history for HCPRs. May, you can review changes through the change log in the BW Modeling Tools if enabled or check transport logs in the SAP Transport Organizer (SE09/SE10). For manual tracking, exporting HCPR definitions as XML files can help maintain a version history.
