version 10.x key

Apologies for resurrecting an older thread, but ...

I was explicitly told by our UK representative (~8 weeks ago) that getting a key for 10.x is possible (getting support for 10x is another matter).

So at this date we are about to obtain that key for real (on behalf of a customer);

Will it, or will it not work ?

It has to, because we don't support 11.x + ...

If you order a supported ADS version like 11.x or 12.x, you can also ask your ADS Sales partner to deliver a version 10 key.

Btw not sure why this post was taken out of its context where someone asked similar. So I hope it is clear for people;

We can still get keys for 10.x but need to buy a license for 12.x (or 11.x). Official support for 10.x is doubtful, but fine for us without.
