Verify DB fails using DB13

Hi

This is Manish and I am getting the below error message when I am running Verify job in the DB.............

Did you do anything like database upgrades?

You have two problems:

1. Permission problem

Check Note 400241 - Problems with ops$ or sapr3 connect to Oracle

2. Database not up

Try to stop and start your database manually and see if it comes up correctly.
