Hi all,
I have the following setup:
(a) 1 CE 7.1 server runnng the ESR
(b) 1 dual stack NW 2004S (SP15)
I have defined services in the Enterprise service builder and then created the proxy in the NW2004s system (b) successfully. In addition, I have used WSPUBLISH from the ABAP stack to publish these services and can test them out successfully. These services are categorized using a custom classification that I created.
When I use VC to search for the services no results are found. In addition, when I click on the advanced tab, there are no classifications available. No error messages are visible on the console. As recommended in the various guides, I have already set up the following destination templates:
(1). UDDI_DESTINATION: Type WSDL, pointing to the local Java System (a). URL is http://***.abc.corp:50000/uddi/wsdl/uddi_v3_service.wsdl
(2). CLASSIFICATION_DESTINATION:Type WSDL, pointing to the local Java System (a). URL is
http://***.abc.corp:50000/ClassificationService/CS?wsdl
(3) CE1: Type Service Registry, Java pointing to (a)
(4) HU2: Type Service Registry, ABAP pointing to (b)
Can anyone help?
Thanks and regards
Manik
Hi,
In addition to the previous post: going over the included document link, setting the proxy, verifying user name and password for the two WSDL destinations - it is very important to define the physical destination exactly as they are defined in the SR: same host names, installation numbers, etc.
If the host names are not exactly the same e.g. ip vs. host name vs. fully qualified host name, it will not work.
Best regards,
Ran

Hi,
did you adjust your secuity settings for the UDDI_DESTINATION and CLASSIFICATION_DESTINATION on the security tab. There you should use the user-id/password (basic)

Hi Manik,
Can you try to test the services in the WS Navigator link to which is http://<server name>:<port number>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tcesiespwsnavui/WSNavigator?
If you it is successful there, let me know.
Best regards,
Dharmi
