Value Help with edit field and navigation

I've been developing applications with SAP RAP for some time now, and so far, I've been able to meet all the requirements using the various available functionalities.

However, I am currently facing a challenge with the following scenario: I need to develop a search help that allows me to select multiple records, modify a specific field, and navigate to the details of a selected record.

This should be similar to what is available in this standard application.

In my case, two times I needed a Value Help out of the ordinary. Those two times I had to develop the value help using SAPUI5 and then call the RAP CREATE action using javascript. Unfortunately, SAP/Fiori Elements is very limited in terms of value help flexibility.

Thank you for your response. I don't have much experience with SAPUI5 development. How can I create the ValueHelp and then call it from the RAP application? Could you provide more details?
