Value Help for Input Parameter Field in Fiori Elements List Report + CAP

I'm trying to add value help for input parameters in a Fiori Elements List Report using OData V2 or V4 (I tried both, but without success). I need to use input parameters because my data comes from a parameterized view in the HANA database. For service/backend I'm using the CAP framework.

Getting both input parameters and properties to appear in the filter bar was already quite challenging. I only managed to get it working with OData V2.

Adding value help to the regular filter bar fields (based on entity properties) works fine, but I can't get it to work for input parameters.

Is there any known solution for this? Or maybe an example project on GitHub that shows how to implement value help for input parameters?
