Validation of Post and park option in App F0859

Hi Team,

In SAP S/4HANA CLOUD 2402, For application F0859(create supplier invoice) there is a request to cover the below scenarios :

Business Role 1 with F0859: In this role post button should not be available (only park) (this is achieved with note (2834732 - Restrict the authorization of users to post supplier invoices))

Business Role 2 with F0859 : In this role user is allowed to park and post but the condition is Document parked by user1 should not be allowed to post by user1.

To make possible scenario 2 : we have two options

1. To remove park option from the access - Is it technically possible ?

2. Can we have a validation in system (Document parked by user1 should not be allowed to post by user1) ?

Is there any other alternative option or can we achieve either of above option.
