UWL task issue

Hi,

We have customized task for Purchase requisition approval.

In one of the non-production portal, we are facing strange issue.

This task contains a link in 'attachments' section. This link should open sap gui page displaying purchase requisition details.

1.When user clicks on the uwl task, new window opens. Here, in attachments section, link is displayed. But on clicking the link, blank window opens instead of SAP Gui.

2. But if user selects uwl task (instead of clicking), details are displayed on the same page (Home Page) and link appears in attachment section.

When user clicks on this link, SAP Gui page opens correctly.

How can I troubleshoot this problem?

I have attached screenshot, where link appears on Home page.

Hi Mustafa

Regarding the issue that you have reported, can you please refer to the below KBA and follow the resolutions steps given in it. The KBA deals with the same issue as you are facing.
