We developed a SAP CAP application that works fine with Work Zone when on the same BTP subaccount. We were asked if it is possible to use a Work Zone on a different subaccount (within the same global account) and I'm having trouble completing the setup.
I added a new destination in the WZ subaccount pointing to the application subaccount as described here: https://help.sap.com/docs/build-work-zone-standard-edition/sap-build-work-zone-standard-edition/acce...
For the destination URL, I used the one found in the "Application Routes" section of the BTP space application in the subaccount where the application exists. It looks like this: https://<global>-<subaccount>-<space>-<app>-srv.cfapps.eu10-004.hana.ondemand.com
Following the instructions, I used no authentication and added the property "sap-platform = CF" (which was not available in the dropdown list).
If that is all correct, then the destination should be set up correctly.
But on the Work Zone "Channel Manager", I get an error when adding a new provider and selecting that new destination.
The "report" pop-up has the following error: "<InvalidContent>: Could not save content due to invalid format. Please contact your content provider administrator". It is our content and it works fine when Work Zone is on the same subaccount.
Any idea of a step that I'm missing? Seems like importing app content should be possible.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
Maybe this blog can help you out: https://community.sap.com/t5/technology-blogs-by-members/integrate-app-into-work-zone-from-a-differe... or this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSw0BVHQzV0 ?
