Using datasource in standard and ODP mode at the same time

I have a question about ODP datasources: if in my BW destination system I already have a standard datasource activated and working is it possible to have an other ODP datasource in BW, based on the same ECC datasource?'

Let's take the datasource is 2LIS_11_VAITM - Extraction SD Sales: Document Item in source system A. I have already active in BW destination system B a standard datasource,

Can I have in BW destination system B an ODP datasource reading from same system A from datasource 2LIS_11_VAITM?
