I need your help i am not able to see the data in my inbox after submit the data.
please help where i can resolve this issue.

It's tough to know without more info but some issues for people are:

• The data is not mapped into the form.
• The names (or data types) of the input parameters do not match the fields that were sent.

Are you saying that you are not getting a notification form with the data submitted on the trigger form? If you see the logs the process did not produce a notification form -- you triggered, reached the condition, and completed. And it would be difficult to know why a form was not sent without seeing the process.
