User should get a popup to enter the reasons for rejection of shopping cart in Portal UWL while rejecting work item

Hi Team,

I am an EP administrator, I got one requirment from SRM team that is,

1) when the user reject shopping cart from the Portal UWL list, the user should get an pop-up message to enter reasons for rejection;

2) user should get a popup while submitting the work item;

SRM team told me that they are getting pop-up in SRM system but not in Portal. so they are expecting the same kind of feature to enter reasons for rejection.

Do we need to go for development for this option or Is there any custom applicaton provided by SAP?

Could you please advice me on this?
