User master data extract program from S4 to Ariba giving error No data to extract

Hi All,

When i am trying to extract user master data from S4 to Ariba P2P using master data extraction program, i am getting this error "No data to extract for given selection". I am trying for full load there are many users but not one is getting picked. Let me know if there is configuration that needs to be done, have already configured user Hr event linkage.

for user master extract, the program is checking the value of ARBCIG_USR_GRP. if there are no entries there, no data is extracted

Entry is maintained already, only the group consolidated(user group) is being sent, but the for the users its showing "No data to extract for given selection"

ask ABAP to debug, it is calling FM ARIBACIG_USER_EXPORT for the users (which is used by the standard master data export program by CIG)

most likely there is a missing config in the user role with regards to what is maintained in the ARBCIG_USR_GRP

Thanks will try to debug and check, also when we load user groups it is failing in ariba with error "Lookup failed for ariba.user.core.Group with lookup keys: UniqueName, Data: {UniqueName=File "GroupConsolidated.csv" (line 1, column UniqueName): 'S4_Aribarole'}.

What might be the issue here for user group?

This might be related to the missing mapping between SAP and Ariba fields. Check the configuration in SPRO->Intergration with other SAP components --> master data integration --> enhancements --> Maintain field map for master data or catalog upload request
