Hi Team,

I am facing issues while creating Service Requests for ECS team.

When I try to create a Service Request, I only see 82 items for ECS. I don’t see anything for LB for inbound traffic.

But when my  does the same thing, he sees 117 items in ECS and he is able to see the LB for inbound traffic type request.

Thanks,

Dear customer,

We might remind you, like in SAP KBA 1282808 - What tasks is a Super, Cloud, or User Administrator S-user ID responsible for? - SAP for Me described, that every super administrator is responsible for the administration of S-users. See also About the User, Authorization and Administrator Concept. Super administrators have all authorizations for all applications in the SAP for Me portal at the highest possible level, i.e. usually for all installations under the customer number (and in case of a Customer Center or Expertise for all customer numbers under the Customer CoE).

Most of our authorization objects can be assigned on Debtor, Installation or COE Level. You should always consider that your user might have only on a lower level authorizations assigned. Probably the other S-user is assigned on Debtor Level, which gives him more power, then your user.

In order to have full usage on the Service Request Application we highly recommend you to have all 3 Objects assigned the best on Debtor Level:

Create Service Requests
Display Service Requests
Create Billable Service Requests
