Use selected value from 1st FormCellListPicker as filter expression in 2nd FormCellListPicker

Hi

Please guide me to use selected value from 1st FormCellListPicker as filter expression in 2nd FormCellListPicker on a single page.

Example:  For a selected State, only Districts corresponding to that State should be visible. Similarly for a selected district only Taluka corresponding to that district should be shown.
