Use SAP CAI with Bulgarian language?

Hello,

I'd like to create a chatbot in Bulgarian language. I know that currently SAP CAI does not support Bulgarian, but it supports Russian, do there should be no problem with the Cyrillic alphabet. Is there a workaround that would make the usage of Bulgarian language possible?

Hi ekaterina.anachkova currently Bulgarian is not available as a language selection in the dropdown, but as the technology for managing non gold languages (other than english, french, spanish, german) is the same you could do bulgarian in russian tab it will work the same as having a bulgarian tab.

Hello,

Recently i have posted a blog i dont know you have got a chance or not to see, It is google translate integration with SAP Conversational AI. It is filling this gap. You train your bot in only english but when user make any interaction with bot it will go through google translator which will translate user input into english from any language and then it get response in english from bot but before sending to user again it convert to user's language. In this case you have to re-build custom channel connector.
