URL to SAP Portal Page no longer working

We recently upgraded to a HANA database. We have links to portal pages that we send to our users that direct them to a specific page that displays a specific record.

These links were working prior to the HANA upgrade but now they are no longer working. The URL will take us to the portal page but will not open the document. Is there a different parameter string that needs to be added to the URL for HANA?

Our current url format is:

//portal_content/xxxxxxxxxx&ECP_NO=IS2017000060

The &ECP_NO=IS2017000060 is the key to the record that we want displayed

We are not receiving an error. The page is displaying but without the information for the record requested.

The version of IE is the same. The only thing that has changed is that we are now using HANA database. Prior to converting to HANA, the url was working properly. Are you aware of anything that has changed by using HANA that we need to incorporate into our url?

- Can you please provide an error screenshot of the error you are getting when opening the document.

- Refer the Cause section of the below KBA and check as per test steps given you are also facing the same behavior or not.

KBA # 2424773 - Display and Rendering issue in IE 11 in Portal

- Is the issue browser/user specific ? Or happening with all ?

- Is the issue specific to IE, then refer the KBA # 2398889 - Internet Explorer support for Enterprise Portal for recommendation to be followed for IE 11
