URL of RAP Custom entity from workflow doesn't render on click action.

Dear Experts,

I have created a RAP Custom entity and on create triggered a workflow to send a decision task to approver. In the object links of the workflow task I have added the URL of the RAP Applicaiton. The URL needs to open a new window once clicked by the approver to review the 

The URL works fine with the Preview URL. However, after deployed it as Fiori application, the URL does not response to the click action. 

Any pointers will be helpful.
