URGENT: Student Edition Verified but Practice Systems Still Locked After Business Day

Hello SAP Community,

I need urgent help with my SAP Learning Hub Student Edition activation. I've followed all the standard procedures but my practice systems remain locked.

Timeline of Events:

  • Saturday, November 8, 2025 (3:55 PM): Received verification email confirming "Your university status has been successfully verified"

  • Monday, November 10, 2025 (current): Still no access to practice systems despite waiting the stated "one business day"

Steps I've Already Taken:

  1. Successfully verified my university status (have confirmation email)

  2. Waited the full business day as instructed

  3. Opened a support case (they responded but just told me to wait)

  4. Tried contacting support directly (was told to use the case system)

  5. Cleared browser cache, tried different browsers

  6. Checked spam folder for activation emails

Current Issue:

  • Practice systems show as locked when I try to access them

  • No follow-up activation email received

  • Support case is open but hasn't resolved the issue

  • This is urgently needed for my coursework/studies

System Details:

  • Using SAP Learning Hub Student Edition (free version)

  • Browser: Chrome (latest version)

  • Location: GMT timezone

Questions:

  1. Is there a known delay with weekend verifications being processed on Monday?

  2. Should I have received a second email after the verification?

  3. Is there a way to escalate my existing support case for urgent academic needs?

I would greatly appreciate any guidance from the community or SAP moderators. This is blocking my ability to complete urgent academic work.

Hi @laylahany7,

I will suggest to contact the CIC via chat. They use to be very helpful and quick in their answers. And when they don't know the answer they redirect you to the proper channel.

And regarding the delay, I think that the requests done on weekend are take in consideration the next business day (in your case Monday) and maybe until tomorrow (Tuesday) you will not have a proper access. But ask in the SAP Chat (https://www.sap.com/), sure they now more regarding the matter.
