Urgent help in Badi BUPA_FURTHER_CHECKS

I am trying to add a custom validation on BP number for external number range. In the badi BUPA_FURTHER_CHECKS the importing parameter iv_partner is appearing as '##1' and not the value on the BP screen. 

Please suggest if there any other option for this.

Try using FM BUPA_DIALOG_JOEL_GET_NUMBER to convert temporary internal number into external representation.
