[URGENT] All My Inbox apps in SAP BTP Build Work Zone are Crashing in 2025

Dear SAP,

All your Build workzone My Inbox apps are crashing in Build workzone, please help.

I have similar problem. The task UI doesn't load on clicking the tile, however number of tasks are shown on the My Inbox tile in the BTP workzone site. This is my trial account and I've followed all the steps & pre-requisites as per tutorial - https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/spa-create-sapui5-task-orderapproval.html. On opening the MyInbox App from Build Workzone site, gives me same error exactly as shown above. However, when I open myInbox from SAP Build lobby i can see the tasks in MyInbox list !!

Hello Vaishali,

Try re-create your BPA instance service key and use the details in the destination

sap_process_automation_service

I had same issue and reported a ticket which fixed the problem.
