Upserting same data in two different Apis inSFEC

Hi,

My requirement is to upsert the records in two different api's of SF system and generate email notifications in case or error in HCI.

Input file has records in csv format. After converting them into XML, I designed flow1- upserted data successfully in SFEC api1 and email notifications were triggered.

Later designed the flow2 - in the same way and the data got upserted in api 2 successfully and genearted email notification.

when combined both flows using parallel multicast, the data got upserted in both api's but email notifications are not triggering.

Please let me know your thoughts on this.
