Upload watermark image in Se78 without background

Hi All,

I have to upload one logo without background so it comes as a watermark in Adobe.

My problem is I am removing background from png image then saving it as bmp then to the shadow is coming with logo in my Adobe form.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think the transpartent option of PNG could not be manage by SAP

If you print on paper, the page should be white, use BitMAP with 24 not 256

frdric.girod Isn't it the opposite i.e. save the BMP in 256 colors instead of 24-bits color?

I have removed the background of png image then tried saving it using paint in 24-bit BMP then to its not working

sandra.rossi I think the 256 works with color index, meaning you cannot have more than x colors in the pict. The 24K works with real color of the pic

But I am not totally sure about the 256 or 24K, I remember it is related to the good format of BMP

What means "its not working"? Still a "shadow"? Did you try with 256 colors only?

It's working fine now.

I have earlier removed the white background of bmp image then uploaded in Se78 but now I have just saved the png image as it is in bmp 256 using paint then uploaded in Se78 then it's coming as a watermark without any shadow.
