Upload Programs in SAP Public Cloud for Custom tables

We are currently in the evaluation phase for SAP Public Cloud Implementation. Client has many upload programs to custom Z tables in their ECC system.

They expect the same to be available in Public Cloud which is recurring exercise for doing the uploads.

Is it feasible to do the same using CUstom Business Objects ? Is BTP required for doing the same?
