How to upgrade database sybase adaptive server anywhere 6.0 to adaptive server anywhere 9.0 or later Or to SQL server ?
If you already have a copy of Adaptive Server Anywhere 9, you can just start using your database file with it.

The latest version of SQL Anywhere is version 17. (Adaptive Server Anywhere is old DB server name till version 9)
