Hi everyone,
We recently attempted to update our system, but during the process, the SUM got stuck. As a result, we decided to remove the SUM directory and restore our database from a backup file. Now, we are unable to log in to the system and receive the error message: "Upgrade still running: Logon not possible." We can only log in using the DDIC user.
I have added the SUM directory back and tried unlocking the system with the command ./SAPup unlockshd S69, but I encountered the error: "Fatal Error: Unknown unlock option 'S69'."
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any advice on how to unlock the system?

Thank you!
