Upgrade Crystal Server 2016 to 2020 in RHEL with Oracle 19c

Hello Experts, 

I want to know what check list I have to follow before start this project ?

Current source system is Oracle solaris with Oracle 12c and target would be in RHEL with Oracle 19c.

Any one will guide me proper steps how to proceed further or any reference documents please!

Since you likely have a support contract I suggest going here and create a support case and search for upgrade:

CR Server is a standalone version of BO Enterprise, so any migration/upgrade info is the same.
