A SAP Content Update on Cloud ALM opens up new tasks with status Open. This alters the 100% Complete status for a particular Timebox.
For eg, in the History in the image below, the SAP Content Update has changed the status from 'Done' to 'Open'. This altered the status for the Prepare timebox from 100% to 97% (as there were 7 such Open tasks created during the SAP Content Update)
Can someone please explain why this happens? How can we prevent this from happening?

The task shown in the screenshot is a CBC task, which means that it is updated whenever the task is modified in the CBC application. These tasks cannot be modified in the Cloud ALM project. Hence, you see 'SAP Content Update' as the source of change.
Please check the status of this task in the corresponding CBC application and this should be in sync. If you wish to change the status of this task to 'Done', then it needs to be done within the CBC application.
