Update/Activate users in ALM

Hi

we are currently building our ERP SAP4H cloud project in the ALM

I have loaded aprox 80 users via IAS, but I don't see them in my ALM (I can see there are only the ones created manually in ALM)

1. how do I sync the users from IAS to ALM?

2. is there a way to mass-send the email for activation for all existing users?

Hi, Iva_Ram,
It sounds as though you have done point 2 but not point 3 steps from KBA: 3121352 - How to create and onboard SAP Cloud ALM Users in your SAP Identity Authentication Service tenant?

Either you, or if you aren't the admin, locate your administrator and follow the next block of steps (point 3)  to add users in Cloud ALM and add the proper authorizations.
