Unified Responsibility Management is not activated for Flexible workflow

Hello Gurus,

Need you assistance on how to enable / activate the Unified Responsibility Management for Flexible Workflow.

Issue Description: BADI RSM_BADI_CONTEXT_ATTRIB_CALC is not getting called in Flexible workflow for SES in S/4HANA Public cloud

Details: The flexible workflow has been setup and activated for the SES/PR/PO/Contracts. For determining the agents, a Team has been setup using the Teams and Responsibilities app. The Team has a hierarchical setup with direct sub teams and team members. Additional custom responsibility definitions have been created and assigned to the team category PROC.

When the SES/Purchase Order/Contract is created, the expected approver determination is not correct. Custom responsibility definitions are not being considered. BADI RSM_BADI_CONTEXT_ATTRIB_CALC has been implemented but is not getting called.

The same BADI has also been implemented for Flexible workflow for Purchase requisitions and is getting called.

Code Debugging:

Based on the analysis, as an example, the SES workflow definition doesn’t have the unified Responsibility management property activated. This causes the SES workflow not to call the BADI RSM_BADI_CONTEXT_ATTRIB_CALC even though there is an implementation for this in S/4HANA Public cloud.

However, for the Purchase requisition, the unified Responsibility management is activated. This means that the BADI is getting called.

Any help would be appreciated.
