Unable to upgrade SAP HANA 2305 to SAP HANA 2405

Dear SAP Expert,

I am encountering an issue where SAP is not opening. Below is the history of installations and upgrades I have performed, which might help in understanding the problem:

1. Installed: SAP Business One 10.0 HANA SP2402 (Security) Hotfix
   Result: SAP working fine

2. Upgraded: From SAP Business One 10.0 HANA SP2402 HF to SAP HANA (10.00.250) FP 2405
   Result: SAP app not opening

3. Upgraded: From SAP HANA (10.00.250) FP 2405 to SAP HANA (10.00.250) FP 2405 HOTFIX1
   Result: SAP app not opening

4. Uninstalled: SAP HANA (10.00.250) FP 2405 HOTFIX1
   Installed: SAP HANA (10.00.210) FP 2305
   Result: SAP working fine

5. Upgraded: SAP HANA (10.00.210) FP 2305 to SAP HANA (10.00.250) FP 2405
   Result: Unable to upgrade database

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Uninstalled and reinstalled the application server
• Deleted the SBO Common database from HANA Studio
• Created the SBO Common database from HANA setup SAP HANA2405

Could you please assist in diagnosing this issue or suggest any additional troubleshooting steps?

Was the upgrade successful or there were errors in upgrade ?

You could reinstall server tools as mentioned in SAP note 2538555 and check issue again after this.

If facing same issue, please create incident using component SBO-BC.
