Unable to update Journal Entry Line with KOART value "D"

In S/4 HANA Public Cloud, I'm trying to update the field Reference1byBusinessPartner using I_JournalEntryTP - Change but it keeps on failed return message "To be changed journal entry item could not be found".

I found that it only allows BSEG line with KOART values - S/A/M. The line that I'm trying to update has KOART value of D.

Is there any way for me to update the Journal Entry line item with KOART value of D?

The public cloud does not allow updating the Reference1ByBusinessPartner field on journal entry lines with KOART=D because changes to customer lines are restricted. Instead, you should reverse the original document and repost a corrected entry. These restrictions are to enforce compliance in the audit framework.
