Unable to terminate DIA process and user sessions.

Currently I'm experiencing issue with terminating process and session . 

Certain process has run too long time so I was trying to terminate that process. 

But after cancel the process without core, and terminate user session at sm04, the process came back with different PID. I've already try to terminate the process with dpmon but it just happens exactly same. 

So i tried to delete the certain user which runs that process. Even after I erase the user the process shows it's running with deleted user. 

Current version of SAP is ECC 6.0 and Basis 701

The terminated workprocesses are restarted automatically and wait for requests (they do nothing if there is no new request). It's normal. If it keeps running the same old request, it's abnormal, check SAP notes, contact SAP support. Restart the system if that's urgent.

it is restarting same old request. can you suggest any notes about it?

I couldn't find any notes related to this
