Unable to subscribe to SAP Conversational AI in BTP Cockpit

Hello Colleagues,

I am trying to subscribe to an enterprise edition of SAP Conversational AI. For the same, I have created a Global Account in Live - Public Cloud [Feature Set B]. I added SAP Conversational AI Applications while creating the account. I created a sub account with AWS as Provider and Europe(Frankfurt) as the Region. When I am trying to subscribe the SAP Conversational AI in cockpit, it failed with an error. (Attached Screenshot)

Also, I do have enabled all roles to the user, still the subscription is failing.

Can anyone help me in resolving it or suggest if I am missing out any configurations?subscription-error.png

SAP Conversational AI is now IAS application and the subscription process has been changes since February 24, 2022. See What's New for the notification.

In order to subscribe to SAP Conversational AI, you need to establish trust b/w the subaccount and an IAS tenant.

Please go to Subaccount > Security > Trust Configuration. Click Establish Trust and select an identity provider from the list of available and choose Establish Trust.

Thank you for the reply. As mentioned in your comment, when I click on Establish Trust, I don't see any list of available providers to select.

If you don't see any IAS tenants in the drop down list, it probably means there is no IAS tenant mapped to the BTP Global Account
