Unable to subscribe to SAP Build Process Automation

I am facing this issue, recurrently, tried multiple times to create subscription for SAP BUILD Service, I followed the path shown in "Creating Processes and Automations with SAP Build Process Automations

The issue with BPA subscription in US10 Trial landscape is fixed now. Let me know if you still face issues.
