I hope you all are doing good .
Need your help , i have one user facing issue with Good Receipt Report issue in Portal . User is unable to see RefDocNumber field in SAP Portal .
We have tried below troubleshooting steps :
1) Reset browser security settings to default .
2)Deleted temp file on users system.
3) Tried different browser still same issue.
4)Checked from backend- No issues identified.
5) User tried to logon on different system still same issue
6) User colleague tried to login on users system it works for works able to see the field .
7) Compared access wirh working user no change in access .
😎 Re-Installed SAP GUI Final Build and ECL Patch 12.0.
9)Restarted PC and set the Default Application for .SAP as SAP GUI.
10) Created test user with same access in QA , unable to replicate the issue (Field is visible).
Note this is new user and she is not able to view the filed since she got access in SAP.
Good Receipt report is WebDynpro application in Portal .
Could you please suggest further what can be followed more to resolved issue .

Enable the HTTP trace to check the trace any blockage, refer to the sap note 1990706 for reference

Thanks for your inforamtion.
Have to check the Java trace and log files any error or missing authorization for the newly created user, refer to the SAP help portal link to identify any error messages
