Unable to run the process in SAP build process automation

I have created a process in SAP build process automation and triggered it through Form and after that Ive placed an automation artifact within which only a log message activity is present just to test the process. When the process gets triggered after submitting the form, and as I monitor the process, it reflects that the automation artifact has started and it gets stuck in the automation artifact and the log for completion of it never appears

Yes, I have created a BPA according to the tutorial: https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/spa-academy-run-salesorderprocess.html. After starting the process, the status of the process is always "running". How to finish it?

Please follow this tutorial to execute a process with automation. You need to do the Agent settings.

If you are facing an issue even after following all the steps. Please share the screenshot of the error.

To let you know the Log message of automation appears only in test mode, not in the Monitor section.

Even after making the agent config as described in the blog, it still gets stuck at initial stage of automation run.

I am following that tutorial and when the flow reaches "get Order details" started. It gets stuck there. nothing else happens. I test my automated process and it works correctly, but when I test the entire process, it gets stuck in that part
