Unable to register SAP Desktop Agent 3

Installed Desktop Agent 3 but unable to Activate it.  I followed the steps in https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/spa-setup-desktop-3-0-agent.html

Step 4 Register the Desktop Agent on your tenant - tried both Automatic and Manual options but nothing worked. As stated in Step 4 Point 5 - Confirm the tenant configuration. I tried to Activate it. It's opening the browser popup to authenticate and showing it as Login Successful but it's not activating it.

Hello @NKat ,

First, it is worth checking if your SAP Build Process Automation Extension for both Edge and Chrome are active. If not, activate it and then try adding the tenant again.

If this doesn't work. Try the below:

1. Uninstall or Remove the latest Agent Version.

2. Delete any existing credentials/authentication stored in the Windows Credential Manager.

Usually the credential has, IRPA/BPA on the credential name. (Delete all existing)

3. Delete/Disconnect existing Agent from your Build Lobby ->  Control Tower -> Agents.

4. Install the latest Desktop Agent. (Make sure the browser extension mentioned above is installed as well)

5. Add tenant and enter the necessary credentials.
