We have to support some legacy VB6 software that uses Crystal ActiveX Report Viewer 11. Users are reporting that when printing on Windows 11 PCs and selecting a custom page range, they get a "Something went wrong" message. Also the print preview doesn't work (but that's a lesser issue!). We have full access to the code. Any ideas?
PS - it works fine on Windows 10 PCs.
