Unable to off Automatic Touch mode in Mobile Rendering from mobile.
We are currently facing an issue while configuring custom tiles based on the standard tiles of **SAP_TC_SCM_LE_BE_APPS**. Our objective is to execute the LM00 process using Fiori. While the application functions seamlessly on desktop devices—allowing us to scan multiple barcodes with a single field selection—it behaves differently on handheld devices. Specifically, the process requires manual field selection via the touchscreen for each scan, which hinders efficiency.
To address this, we attempted to disable the Automatic Touch mode in Mobile Rendering directly from the mobile device. However, after disabling this mode and navigating back to the previous screen, the Automatic Touch mode re-enables itself automatically.
We would like to inquire if there is a way to permanently disable the Automatic Touch mode, either through developer settings or from the Administrator section. If there is any documentation or guidance available on this matter, we would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
