Unable to obtain a SQL Anywhere 16 developer registration key

Hi,

some tools of my developer edition stops working. I get the following error message:

"No-charge evaluation period has expired. Obtain a no-charge Developer Edition registration key from www.sybase.com/sa16_registration_cd, or for purchase information, go to www.ianywhere.com/company/contact.html"

I'm not able to obtain a Developer Edition registration key because a page with URL www.sybase.com/sa16_registration_cd doesn't exist.

What to do?
