Unable to modify Qty in SKU field in MIGO Screen

Hello SAP Experts!

I have created custom fields and used custom logic to calculate quantity in all three unit of measure. Now i want to update the QTY IN SKU field with this calculated value, but it's protected from modification and getting error as "The field cannot be modified" I tried modifying with "Change Item data in material documents" Badi.

The requirement now is once the field QTY IN SKU got modified it should update the values where used like stock list etc.

Kindly help how to achieve?
