Hi Friends,
We facing a strange issue after upgrading to BI4.2 SP07 Patch 12 , the issue is we cannot login CMC/ BI Launchpad
"Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'HOST:6400'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)"
When I login to server and check CCM SIA & tomcat is running and also in task manager i can see CMS.exe and SIA.exe is running.
But once i restart the server everything works fine but again after of couple of days same issue happens .
environment is WIN 2012 R2 with SQL Anywhere
I tried recreating node as per note 1730788 but no issue again after couple of days same.
I see below error message in cms_HOST.CentralManagementServer_trace
rror| |>>|E| |cms_Host.CentralManagementServer|11576|11732|| ||||||||||||||||||||||assert failure: (ServerWatcher.cpp:322). (0 : Error notifying clients).
Kindly help..
Thanks

Request clarification before answering.
Here is what you need to do:
1. When everything working record PID of CMS server
2. When you start getting the issue - check if CMS pid is the same or not.
3. When issue is present, in CCM check if you're able to manage servers.
4. Enable high level trace for CMS server and when issue starts to happen - review CMS logs, review Tomcat logs and review Event Viewer System and Application logs.
5. When issue is happening record system resources usage by tomcat and cms server (CPU and Memory usage). Compare that usage data with what it is when environment is working correctly.
All this assuming your webapp server is tomcat and its located on the same machine as CMS server.

Hello Denis,
Thanks for your reply.
I cannot login to manager servers, error unable to logon could not connect host:6400.
In event viewer i can see below errors
Internal error. Please contact your system administrator. (RCIRAS0623)
Will note PID for CMS server and let you know.
CPU & Memory usage is normal .
Issue is coming randomly once in couple of days after restart so putting trace at exact time is difficult..

and in connection server log i see below error
connectionserver_hostname.ConnectionServer32|10432|5700|| |0|0|0|0|-|-|-|-|-|-||||||||||||Scopes were closed out-of-order. TraceLog workflow data may have been corrupted.
