Unable to load project in desktop agent 3.8

I tried upgrading my desktop agent to the 3.8 version.

Unfortunatly i'm having lots of troubles to execute any automation.
An automation that was running fine, is now unable to read out an environment variable list (and use it in a for each loop) and 99% of the time, i even can't execute anything.

I checked all the SDK's, erverything has been updated to the very latest version. Anyone an idea what might be the problem?

This way I'm forced to go back to the old 2.29 version, which was stable to work with ...

I am having same issue with this version. and in old version, sap web gui recording is not going proper.
