I am unable to link my personal account (p-user) to my work SAP account (s-user), the problem is I created a universal id for both accounts. I have certification on the p-user account and a learning hub on the s-user one. How can I now link them when they already have separate UIDs? I get an error message when trying telling me that the account is already linked to a UID. I need this as I want to be able to renew my certification through the learning hub.

An email that is already a part of another SAP Universal ID account can't be added to another one and SAP Universal IDs cannot be merged. Please first remove the relevant email address from the existing SAP Universal ID or delete the entire duplicate Universal ID (KBA 3619621)
