Unable to extract full data from Success factor into Cloud platform integration

Hello team

We have an scenario where we need to extract userID from Success factor BizX system via Success factor API call and for that we have given a parameter value for 'Page Size = 5000', But we are unable to extract all userID's from SF, we are able to extract only 5000 records, although SF bizX system has more than 50K user records in it.

Also we have enabled the trace for iFlow and checked and found only one page size data came I.e. 5000.

How can we make full data extraction from Success factor BizXsf-adapter-screenshot1.jpgsf-adapter-screenshot2.jpg. Kindly help us in this.

Hi Rohan,

Please uncheck Process in pages check box. then you would get all records on CPI end as one message.

Hello Praveen,

I have some query on this. So what is the use of 'Page Size' and 'Process in Pages'?? what will happen if we use both together??

As per my knowledge, When we give 'Page size=****' and Checked 'Process in Pages', then we should get **** number of records in ** pages.

For example: If 'Page size=5000' and total records in SF is 40000 then we should get 8 pages and each page should have 5000 records.

Hi Rohan,

If you just use "Page size" and not the Process in Pages: On CPI end you will receive only one message with full load.

whereas if you use "Page size" with " with "Process in Pages": On CPI end you will receive multiple messages and each message will have same no of records what you have mentioned in Pagesize.
