Unable to Enter Comments via Input form

Dear Experts,

I am implementing BPC Optimized 10.1 version for one of my client. When try to enter comment via input form developed using Analysis office 2.8 version it is throwing an error message "No SID found for the value entered" I have followed all the required steps to create comments ADSO with direct update and Planning mode enabled. Even I tried using classic DSO with planning mode enabled. Nothing is working.

Please need your Inputs if anyone faced this issue before. Thanks in Adavance.

"I have followed all the required steps to create comments" looks like you have missed something. But you have to provide all details on what was done.

Hi,

check that the characteristics ZCOMTS has no master data table. If this is the case Analysis Office should allow to input not yet existing values. Maybe you observe a bug fixed with note

2897690 SID was not generated for new value in Planning Scenario
