Unable to create Phone Calls in SAP Service Cloud V2 via Data Import functionality

Hi Team,

I have received below error message when I tried to create Phone Call entity using Data Import functionality in SAP Service Cloud V2.

Error
 :- {  }

Does anyone has any idea why I have received this error message post importing csv file.

How to sort it.

The issue you're experiencing when attempting to create Phone Call entities using the Data Import functionality in SAP Service Cloud V2 could be due to several reasons.

 Firstly,Check Data Mapping and ensure that the CSV file you're using for import has all the required fields mapped correctly to the Phone Call entity fields in SAP Service Cloud. 

 Secondly, check mandatory Fields and Verify that all mandatory fields for the Phone Call entity, such as phone number, start date, end date, and related contact/account information, are filled in your data file.

Then, Check data Format,make sure that the data in your CSV file follows the correct format expected by the system. For example, dates should be in the correct format, and any ID fields should match the existing records in SAP.

After that,Check if your user role has the necessary permissions to create Phone Call entries via the data import functionality. 

If there are no issues mentioned above , Review the SAP Service Cloud import logs (if available) to see detailed error messages. This will provide more information on the root cause of the issue and can guide you to the exact problem.

All are perfect but still error means ,Contact SAP Support If the issue persists after these checks, I recommend contacting SAP Support or checking the SAP Knowledge Base for known issues with the Data Import functionality in Service Cloud V2.
