We are facing an issue while trying to add the In-Memory Application Platform BD 2.0 for one of our clients. Despite deleting all previous installations, we are still unable to add or install BD 2.0.
Please find below details:
1. Attempting to add/activate: In-Memory Application Platform BD 2.0
2. All previous related installations have already been removed
3. System still does not allow us to add BD 2.0
4. There should be 1 active license must be shown
5. No specific error message shown.
Could anyone guide us on the steps required to successfully add BD 2.0, or advise if there are any prerequisites, clean up procedures, or system checks that we may have missed?
