Unable to add a new Docker registry secret to AI-core

Hi Team,

When I try to add docker secret key to ai core from ai-launchpad I am getting below error. Kindly check and suggest us what could be the reason for this error.

As we discussed and verified, the document that you were using contained incorrect information which caused the subsequent error.
